Challenge Electric hires apprentices that attend(ed) Apollo Career Center in Lima, Ohio.  We pay 100% of employees’ apprenticeship tuition. Upon completion of the State Sponsored 4-year program, you receive your electrical journeyman certificate through the State of Ohio and be making at least $27/hr.
